Are the figures really real time?

Yes: every validated invoice, every recorded payment and every logged expense updates the dashboard immediately.

Can my accountant have access?

Yes, with read-only access, and it does not count as a paid user on the Team or Business plan.

Can I see the dashboard by warehouse or by sales rep?

Yes, as soon as multi-warehouse inventory or the CRM are switched on, the filters appear.

Do I have to import my figures from Excel?

No. The dashboard is built from the sales, purchases and payments entered in Numa. At go-live we bring in your opening balances.
