Which reports are available?

Sales (revenue, collections, top customers, by rep), margin (by family, item, customer, job), purchasing and suppliers, stock value and turnover, cash per account, payroll cost, unpaid invoices and aged balance.

Can I build my own reports?

Every report filters by period, customer, project, warehouse or sales rep, and exports to Excel to go further. Bespoke reports are available on request with the Business plan.

Can reports be sent automatically?

Yes, at the frequency you choose, as PDF or Excel, to the recipients you set, including people outside Numa.

Can my accountant have access?

Yes, with read-only access limited to the reports and exports they need.
