Does Numa handle daily and hourly staff, not just monthly?

Yes. All three payment types sit in the same payroll table, each with its own calculation.

Is overtime calculated automatically?

Yes, from the daily attendance record. It shows per employee and in the month’s total.

How are salary advances and loans handled?

With Advanced HR on the Business plan: you record them once, the monthly deduction applies automatically until the balance is cleared, visible on the employee’s record. The Team plan covers staff, attendance and pay.

Can I pay salaries from Numa?

Yes, with a batch payment in the cash module: Numa generates the file your bank expects and records the transaction.

What about the CNSS declaration?

The pre-filled declaration (Damancom file) is in development, planned for November 2026. In the meantime, the Excel export gives your accountant every figure.
