What the module does

One stock per warehouse, not an average

Quantities, value and reorder thresholds for each warehouse or shop. You know what is in Bouskoura and what is in Aïn Sebaâ, separately.

Every movement has an origin

A receipt comes from a supplier goods receipt, an issue comes from an invoice or a delivery note. No more « unknown issue » to explain at month end.

Receive while checking

The goods receipt picks up the purchase order line by line, with quantities received and any shortfall. Stock and stock value update on validation.

Count without closing the warehouse

Cycle counting runs zone by zone, the gap between book and counted stock shows line by line, and closing adjusts stock in one click.

Count even with no signal

The warehouse app works offline in the warehouse and syncs the counts when the connection comes back.

We know what is left in the warehouse without going there. When a quote goes out, I can see whether the equipment is in stock or needs ordering.

Can I run several warehouses or shops?

Yes, with no limit on the number. Each warehouse has its own quantities, value, thresholds and manager.

Does the app really work with no signal?

Yes. The storekeeper counts and records offline; the data syncs as soon as the phone finds a network again.

How does stock update when I invoice?

The invoice or delivery note generates the issue automatically, with a link to the document. The same goes for receipts when goods arrive.

Can I import my existing stock?

Yes, from an Excel file at go-live, with items and quantities per warehouse.

Is the Inventory module in the Essential plan?

No, it is part of the Team plan (up to 10 users), together with the mobile apps.
