Cash management software for SMEs

Your cash position, in real time.

Receipts, expenses, cheques, transfers and batch payments, across every account and the cash box. You know what is left before you decide.

Included from the Essential plan

The cheque is in the drawer, the due date is in the owner’s head, and the balance is the one the bank shows… from three days ago.

Before and with Numa

  • The real balance is the bank statement minus the cheques you signed and forgot.

Every cheque issued or received has a due date, a status and a linked document; the available balance takes them into account.

  • Twelve salaries, twelve transfers keyed by hand on the bank’s portal.

One batch payment: the selected invoices or salaries, one file for the bank, a single line in the cash module.

  • Receipts and expenses are reconciled at month end, when the accountant asks for them.

Every customer receipt and every supplier payment lands in the cash module as it is recorded, categorised and attached to its invoice.

What the module does

Follow every cheque through to clearing

Cheques received and issued with their due date, days remaining or past due, bank and linked invoice. Pending, deposited, cleared, bounced: you see what is coming in this week and what was refused.

Never lose a chequebook again

Your chequebooks by bank, with every number available, used or voided. The next number is proposed automatically; unassigned cheques are flagged for follow-up.

Pay or collect in batches

Several invoices from the same customer or supplier, or every salary for the month, settled in one operation. The amount is allocated automatically, oldest first.

See the month’s result, account by account

Receipts, expenses, result and balance per bank account and cash box. The six-month chart shows the trend before the overdraft arrives.

Post-dated cheques and the real balance are on the same screen. It is the first thing I look at in the morning.

Another question? Write to us, we reply within one business day.

Does Numa handle post-dated cheques?

Yes, it is the heart of the module: every cheque has a due date, a status and a linked document, and the available balance accounts for cheques issued but not yet debited.

Can I manage several bank accounts and a cash box?

Yes, with no limit. Every transaction belongs to an account or to the cash box, and transfers between them are traced.

How does batch payment work?

You pick the customer, the supplier or the month’s payroll, Numa selects the documents to settle and allocates the amount; you get a transfer file for your bank and a single transaction in the cash module.

Can I import my bank statement?

Automatic bank reconciliation (BMCE, Attijariwafa, CIH) is in development, planned for October 2026. Until then, transactions are entered or generated from invoices and payroll.

Can my accountant get the cash journal?

Yes, as an Excel export by account and period, or with read-only access.
