Is Numa ready for DGI e-invoicing?

The official format has not been published yet. Numa issues invoices numbered without gaps and corrected with credit notes; DGI e-invoicing is included in every plan and will be switched on as soon as the text is published, at no extra cost.

Can I cancel or correct an invoice already issued?

Yes, with a credit note or a corrective invoice, keeping the unbroken numbering required by law.

How do I handle a deposit?

You record the deposit on the quote or the invoice; the balance due is calculated automatically and shown on the PDF.

Do my customers need Numa to receive my invoices?

No. They get a PDF by e-mail or WhatsApp, with the bank details and the amount due.

Can I import my existing catalogue and customers?

Yes, from an Excel file at go-live, up to 200,000 items in a few seconds.
