A modular ERP built for Moroccan SMEs
Numa is online business management software: each module covers one part of the business, and they all share the same data. A quote becomes a delivery note and then an invoice with no re-keying, the invoice feeds cash, a goods receipt updates stock, and the dashboard builds itself.
Which module in which plan
- Essential : dashboard, CRM, sales (quotes, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes), purchasing, cash, catalogue, documents and reports, DGI e-invoicing included as soon as it comes into force.
- Team : everything in Essential, plus multi-warehouse inventory, the offline warehouse app, the project manager app for site check-in, and core HR (staff, attendance, pay).
- Company : everything in Team, plus the purchase approval workflow, advanced HR (expense claims, advances, loans) and custom workflows.
